Natural Latex Pillow

Natural Talalay Latex Zoned Pillow

Conventional pillows, no matter how fluffy, will depreciate over time. And in most cases, these types of pillows will eventually cause neck soreness, headaches, and even back pains. If left unchecked, improper sleep postures could ultimately lead to serious back and neck injuries, whether you are a back or a side sleeper.

I, for one, am a side sleeper. Ever since I was a kid, I would normally fall asleep on my side. As I had gotten older, I began feeling a stiff soreness on my neck everytime I wake up. This went on for some time until I learned about the adverse effects of improper sleep posture, especially on the neck and back area. That was when I decided to try out one of those memory foam pillows.

For awhile, the memory foam pillow worked wonders on my neck pains. So, I began to research more about the importance of ergonomically designed pillows to help improve posture and alleviate neck and back aches. Then, I got wind about this new product called the natural latex pillow. Looking at an Internet photo of the product, I was initially skeptical, since it looks rather like a normal pillow. What therapeutic effects can it provide for my neck?

Still, in my quest to find the perfect pillows for my neck pain and sometimes shoulder pain, I gave the product a try. And to my surprise, the pillow was so comfortable that I didn’t even wake up in the middle of the night just to adjust the pillow. What is most amazing is that it gives your completely support. Most pillows would collapse after you lay on it, but this latex one will not. As a result, I get the appropriate body posture when sleeping, I get better blood circulation, and I wake up free of neck and back pains.

Moreover, because my neck is properly supported, my air passages are left unrestricted, therefore significantly reducing my snoring. Now, not only am I pain-free, I also get the best breakfast every morning because my wife is getting an undisturbed sleep. A deep sound sleep keeps her in a good mood in the morning.

Mediflow Waterbase Pillow Review

I am one of those people who prefer sleeping on their side. For some reason, I find it hard to sleep on my back. There have been countless times in the past when I have lain in bed for a couple of hours on my back but never falling asleep. Sleeping on my side, specifically the left side, has often been the solution for me. If I lie on my left side, I fall asleep within minutes. By sleeping on my side, I have added more hours to my daily sleep, and that will always be a good thing.

There is, however, one problem with sleeping on your side: neck pain. Lately, I have been feeling this nagging pain in the neck every single time I wake up. My wife tells me it has something to do with the pillow I use. I use a normal pillow, and all I do is prop it up to a point where it’s comfortable for me, then I sleep soundly. What I didn’t know is that the moment I doze off, the pillow I’m using could be sinking lower, or maybe my head slides off the pillow as I sleep soundly. I am still sleeping, but my neck may already be in a position where there is too much stress on it, and that is perhaps the reason why I get neck pain when I wake up.

So I went to the doctor and asked for recommendations. He said I should change my pillow and then recommended the Mediflow Waterbase Pillow, saying it’s what most of his patients who have neck problems use. He then told me that his patients no longer complain about neck pain, and that could only mean it is the best pillow for neck pain. So my wife bought me one as soon as we left the doctor’s office.

If water beds are designed to help people with bad backs, waterbase pillows were made to help with neck problems. Ever since I used the Mediflow Waterbase Pillow, the intensity of the pain in my neck has been reduced significantly. Perhaps this is because it is designed to respond to every move your head and neck makes while sleeping, and that response gives the assurance that your head and neck have full support all night long.

The thing is I read somewhere that this pillow has been in existence since 1994. Had I known, I could have bought one a long time ago saved me a lot of NSAIDs.

Contour Pillow

Serta iComfort Contour Pillow

Up until recently, I was the type of sleeper who does not really care about beddings or pillows. But when I started to experience neck and back pains after waking up in the morning, I began to wonder if there is a way to improve my sleep experience and reduce the muscle aches and neck pains that are constantly giving me grief in the morning.

One day, a couple of my friends and I were having coffee when we started talking about neck pains, which coincidentally led to mattresses and pillows. One of my friends mentioned a type of pillow that she read about in a magazine. The article talks about a kind of memory foam that essentially enhances sleep quality and alleviates neck and back pains due to improper sleep posture.

So I went online later on that day and started searching for therapeutic pillows when I came across the Serta iComfort contour pillow. Upon reading about its iComfort technology and its Cool Action Gel Memory Foam, I became even more curious that I decided to purchase one online to try it out.

When the package containing the pillow arrived, a couple of days later, I immediately started to notice the cool and soothing effects of the Cool Action Gel Memory Foam. And when I placed my head on it, wow! It was like my noggin was being cradled by the lap of an angel!

The ergonomically designed memory foam infused with the Serta trademark Cool Action Gel makes the pillow feels so good that you almost immediately fall asleep once you lay your head down on it. Whether you are a back or side sleeper, if you are looking for pillows for neck pain or best pillow for neck pain, this is the perfect product for you.

Now, when I wake up in the morning, I no longer have to endure uncomfortable neck sores and back aches. The soothing effects of the Serta iComfort contour pillow have really made a huge improvement on my sleeping posture, especially around my head and neck. Put your head on a Serta contour pillow and you may just experience what that particular feather felt.

Serenity Rejuvenation Pillow

If you have problems sleeping, you are not alone. I suffer from mild sleep apnea and sometimes I am forced to sleep on my side because it was recommended by my doctor. It can be difficult to sleep on your side most of the time because of the pillow, so I sometimes wake up with a stiff neck in the morning. I have tried a lot of memory foam pillows in the market, and they have served little or no purpose at all. Thankfully, my doctor was able to recommend a pillow which minimized my sleep apnea and made sleeping a whole lot easier.

The pillow that I am talking about is the Serenity Rejuvenation Pillow – Organic Buckwheat & Wool for Side Sleep. This is probably one of the best pillows for neck pain and I can show you why. First, the Serenity Rejuvenation Pillow – Organic Buckwheat & Wool for Side Sleep measures at 20” by 14.5” by 4.5” and may weigh at 4.5lbs. This pillow was intentionally made for people who like to sleep on their sides. The main reason why this is the best pillow for neck pain is because it provides you with enough pillow height that most pillows cannot provide.

The Serenity Rejuvenation Pillow – Organic Buckwheat & Wool for Side Sleep comes with a dual chamber design and comes with a foundation of mouldable buckwheat hulls to keep both head and neck elevated. The combination of the hulls and the height can ensure proper spine alignment all throughout the night. The organic wool batting also serves as a comfortable cushion for your head and neck. If you are someone with broad shoulders, all you have to do is rotate the pillow a quarter of a turn with the wool facing you so you can get more loft.

You can also adjust the softness of the Serenity Rejuvenation Pillow – Organic Buckwheat & Wool for Side Sleep by removing some of the hulls. This will provide less support, but will give you a softer feel. The organic buckwheat hulls are there to contour to the position of your head while keeping your neck and spine supported all throughout the night. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who sleeps on their side to treat their sleep apnea. You can get the Serenity Rejuvenation Pillow – Organic Buckwheat & Wool for Side Sleep for a low price of $79.95 at any store, so be sure to grab one the soonest time possible.
